2. Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold one account only at wowowin ph. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, or a shared IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
When completing registration, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
- Keep your account details up to date. Notify wowowin ph promptly if any information changes.
- Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person.
- Notify wowowin ph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account verification may require submission of a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or other documentation. Accounts that cannot be verified may have their withdrawal and deposit functions restricted until verification is completed.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions at wowowin ph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following payment methods are available, subject to current availability and applicable conditions:
- GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
- Bank transfer via BDO, BPI, UnionBank
- InstaPay and PESONet online banking
- Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and account status. These limits are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits made through third-party accounts, shared cards, or unverified sources may be declined or returned.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform at the time of submission. wowowin ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds, particularly where large amounts are involved or where unusual account activity has been detected.
Withdrawals will only be sent to an account or payment method in your own name. Third-party payouts are not permitted under any circumstances.
wowowin ph does not accept deposits from persons who are not the registered account holder. If we discover that funds have been deposited by or on behalf of a third party, those funds may be returned and the account placed under review.
4. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on wowowin ph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
- Any form of match-fixing, insider wagering, or exploitation of non-public information in sports betting markets.
- Fraudulent payment activity including chargebacks, use of stolen card details, or false dispute claims.
- Accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions.

- Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable account dormancy policies.
- At the account holder's own request.
Upon closure, any verified funds remaining in the account balance — after deducting outstanding bonus obligations — will be returned to the member via a confirmed payment channel. Funds that are derived from prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation.
10. Limitation of Liability
wowowin ph provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. In particular, wowowin ph is not liable for:
- Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond our control.
